Okay... I've not been working on Nalascu cause I've been working on a plot for an rp I want to start on this one site. It's called (tentatively) The Marked Ones. Here's the plot...


In 2022, strange crescent-shaped marks began to appear on children's faces, one around the outside of each eye. A few years later, new odd markings appeared, and these children began exhibiting supernatural powers. At first, no one knew what to do about these children. However, after one young teen went on a killing spree, using his power over fire to kill several people, it was decided that the marked children should be locked away and studied, both to protect everyone else and hopefully learn how to keep more people from becoming marked. At first, they were treated as criminals, and kept in prisons, even those who had never commited any wrongdoings. However, this was later deemed immoral, and Olympus, a company set up to study the marked ones, built several complexes to house these people that the government continued to view as highly dangerous. Even this, though, wasn't a perfect solution, since many of the marked ones are children who are taken away from their families, and even the people who become marked as adults are seperated from everyone they know.

Now, Olympus' six labs are a familiar sight for many americans. And for those who live in one, it is their whole world. That, however, may soon change. A few months ago, several resident of Ares lab broke out, prompting tighter security not only there, but at all labs. And more importantly, a group has been started, mostly consisting of people on the outside, whose goal is to free the residents of all six labs. In order to do so, they have allied themselves with the kids who broke out of Ares and together with them, have started breaking into Olympus' labs in attempts to free the residents, though so far unsuccessfully. So far, the marked ones living in the labs have not played a part in the conflict, but soon, it may be impossible for them not to.
